Lucious Fox is the C.E.O. of Wayne Enterprises.
Biography[]
Two decades before Batman Begins, Lucious helped Thomas Wayne build the Gotham City monorail. After Thomas' death, William Earle demotes him to the applied sciences division, wanting to keep him out of the way. Lucious retains the attitude that Thomas' son Bruce is the true owner of the company. When Bruce reappears, Lucious supplies him with the equipment he needs to fights crime. Lucious and Bruce pretend that Lucious doesn't know Bruce is Batman for the purpose of deniability.
